Catfish Sempol

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gr catfish fillets
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 9 tablespoons flour
  • 7 tablespoons tapioca

Ground spices :

  • 3 cloves of shallot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • salt to taste

 

INTRUCTIONS

  1. Puree fillet + 1 egg. It can be blended. Ampur with flour and tapioca.
  2. Blend the seasoning. Mix it with the dough
  3. Shape at one end.
  4. Boil until cooked or floating. Let it cool.
