Fish marinated in a beautiful and refreshing masala of coriander leaves, green chillies and a miscellany of spices, steamed lovely and served fresh.

For green masala:
- 3/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 2-3 green chillies, chopped
- 2 tsp ginger, chopped
- 6 pepper corns
- 6 cloves
- 1/4 cinnamon, powdered
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
1.Grind all the ingredients together.
2.Grease a piece of plantain leaf and place some masala in the centre.
3.Place a piece of filleted fish over it and cover fish also with some masala.
4.Wrap the fish in the leaf, secure with thread and steam.
