just 30 minutes of Savory Shredded Chicken Fried Rice

If you smell the scent of banana leaves that are burned it’s really fragrant ??????, especially inside there is a fluffier rice and shredded chicken which is makyuuus .favorite menu for the family … let’s try the mother’s recipe .. happy cooking

 

INGREDIENTS

1.Liwet Rice 

  • 2 cups medium rice
  • 1 lemongrass stick
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 tsp beef powder broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt

2.Shredded Chicken ??

  • 3 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 geprek lemongrass stick
  • 7 cloves of shallot
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 red curly chili seeds
  • 5 cayenne seeds
  • 1 grain of hazelnut
  • A little turmeric
  • 1 ginger segment (1-2 cm)
  • A little galangal is geprek
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tsp chicken powder broth
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Water / chicken broth to taste (optional)

Roasted rice equipment :

  • Banana leaf
  • Toothpick
  • Margarine / vegetable oil

 

INTRUCTIONS

  1. Liwet Rice: Wash rice thoroughly. Add rice to the rice cooker. Add the broth, lemongrass, salt, bay leaves, and enough water. Mix well. Cook in a rice cooker (checking occasionally to stir) until cooked.
  2. Shredded chicken: wash the chicken thoroughly. Boil the chicken for 10 minutes. Lift and chill.
  3. After a cold, shreded chicken
  4. Blend seasoning (onion, garlic, candlenut, turmeric, ginger, and chili)
  5. Saut√© the seasoning that has been mashed until it smells good. Add the lemongrass and laos (which have been gepreked and washed) and bay leaves (washed beforehand, ma’am)
  6. Add the quipped chicken, stir until mixed with seasoning. Add enough water / chicken broth, salt, broth, sugar and soy sauce (check the taste)
  7. Wait until the water has shrunk. Add the basil (which has been cut and washed thoroughly) Stir until smooth. Lift and transfer to the bowl.
  8. Roasted stale cooking process: prepare banana leaves that have been cleaned.
  9. Pour boiled rice. Add shredded chicken at the top of the rice.
  10. Wrap it in a banana leaf and tied using a toothpick.
  11. Apply a banana leaf package (outside), with margarine / vegetable oil.
  12. Burn using medium heat until the fragrant smell of banana leaves in the grill or can also use the mother’s oven if there are no grills (there are many paths to the Mother’s Rome ????)
  13. Remove and serve. Enjoy the rice cooked by the mother ????????? happy cooking
