Just 45minutes,Sweet and Sour shrimp ?? (restaurant style)

I really want to eat shrimp like in a restaurant, but I can’t go anywhere, so I decide to cook by myself … please try the recipe for your family at home so far from the restaurant … it feels great and not inferior to the restaurant.



Shrimp Marination :

  • 150 grams of shrimp
  • 1 lime fruit
  • salt to taste

Sweet and sour sauce :

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 cloves of shallot
  • 1 small ginger segment
  • 1/2 clove of onion
  • 4 tablespoons chili sauce / tomato sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 large red chili
  • 1 large green chili
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • to taste boiled water



  1. For shrimp marination ??: -Clean the shrimp first from its head and remove the poop (shrimp droppings in the head, yes) then wash it clean.
  2. Cover the shrimp with lime juice and add a little salt. Let stand 15-30 minutes (this is to remove the fishy odor from the shrimp, yes ????). After 15-30 minutes, it can be processed to cook, right?
  3. For making sweet and sour shrimp: -Iris slant of green and red chillies (before cleaning the seeds.), Then wash them thoroughly
  4. Slice the onion and wash it clean
  5. Cut tomatoes into pieces. Tomato can be replaced with pineapple or vinegar (according to your taste, mother’s book)
  6. Blend seasoning (onion, garlic and ginger) or it can be finely chopped
  7. Sauté the seasoning that has been mashed until it has a fragrant aroma further by entering the sliced ??onions
  8. Add enough boiled water
  9. Add chili sauce and continue with oyster sauce and soy sauce
  10. Add the tomatoes that have been cut and proceed with ground pepper
  11. Add salt and sugar (check the taste)
  12. Add sliced ??red and green chillies then add cornstarch that has been dissolved with water
  13. After the taste is checked, enter the shrimp, until the shrimp is reddish / there is a change in color, which means the shrimp is cooked (don’t take too long, ok, bro, if the shrimp texture takes too long to harden)
  14. Remove and serve while hot. Please try the recipe.
